Frank L. Reed, Jr., MAI, CCIM, Realtor® – Signature Properties- A Fort Morgan native, Frank Reed, Jr. grew up surrounded by Gulf Coast real estate, gaining firsthand insight into the region’s growth and potential. With nearly 30 years of experience in real-estate valuation, consulting, and sales, he combines deep local knowledge with a data-driven, analytical approach to help clients make confident decisions. 

Frank first obtained his real-estate license in 1996 and went on to earn national recognition as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cushman & Wakefield, and later founding Heron Valuation Group in 2012. His background includes thousands of valuation assignments across the Southeast, giving him a sharp understanding of what drives property values and investments.

As both a Realtor® with Signature Properties and an appraiser, Frank offers clients a rare blend of transactional expertise and market insight. A graduate of the University of Alabama in Real Estate Finance, he holds the prestigious MAI and CCIM designations and holds multiple licenses across the Gulf Coast.
